"Sent an email inquiry for information about business insurance and the emails I got from the secretary (or whoever replies to the emails) were short, curt, and absolutely abysmal spelling and grammar. In short "no we can't help you" with no explanation. The poor level of writing and service in the emails doesn't give me any confidence in the quality of service provided anyway. Best look elsewhere."
